From June to September of 2003 four of us faithful friends gathered together once a month to celebrate our birthdays. I kicked it off in June and chose a restaurant called "Stir Crazy" in Creve Couer. Everybody else fell so in love with it that they each picked it for the next 3 months. So much for variety. None of us had any money but would always manage to scrape up enough to treat the birthday girl. We knew we all needed the outlet, and the cheering up. This year it's getting harder and harder to get together, with everyone's scheduled. So far we've only done 2 and are 2 behind already!!!!! Oh well, maybe that season is over. (I told you that hat thing started a trend!) |
